In Hilliard, a 180-unit apartment complex is under construction on a 12-acre site off Cemetery Road, offering one- and two-bedroom units to meet growing demand. In Grove City, a proposed mixed-use development called “Broadway Live” includes a food hall, restaurants, bars, retail, and apartments, aiming to enhance the Town Center's vibrancy while adding housing. Both projects align with Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther’s initiative to allocate over $100 million in the 2025 city budget to combat the affordable housing crisis, as Central Ohio faces high housing costs and rapid population growth.
