The TruePointe development in Hilliard, transforming a 27-acre office park into a mixed-use project, is nearing completion with its first apartments set to open this summer. The project includes a 360-unit apartment complex called Tempo at TruePointe, built by Milhaus, and a renovated office building soon to house Kenneth’s Hair Salons and Day Spas. A new 100,000-square-foot office building for Advance Drainage Systems' headquarters is on track for a September completion. The development, led by Hilliard-based Equity, also plans future phases with a medical office building and additional development across the street, featuring extensive landscaping with 500 trees.
